REFUNDS: Any Refund over $25 will be sent by check out of Portland Office. No Refunds to customers without an account without a receipt. Store Credit may be issued for customers with an account on items returned without a receipt.
TERMS A 2%, 10th Prox. discount is allowed on some items, refer to each invoice.
CREDIT To establish an open account, please complete an Auto Wheel Service credit application and a credit line will be opened at the discretion of our Credit Department. Any sale without an open account will be C.O.D. (503) 228-9346
BACKORDERS All incomplete orders will be cancelled unless a backorder is requested by the customer. After requested all backorders are considered to be definite orders.
FREIGHT CLAIMS Freight shortage or damage claims must be made directly to the freight carrier.
WARRANTIES Auto Wheel Service makes no guarantees or warranties. The Products are warrantied by the manufacturers. Auto Wheel Service will replace, or credit, alleged defective items only after the item has been inspected and approved by the manufacturer.
WHEEL SALE POLICY The responsibility for clearance belongs entirely to the purchaser. Inspect the wheel on the hub for proper clearance before mounting. Wheels that have been mounted will not be accepted for return.
RETURNED GOODS Returns will not be accepted without date, invoice number and prior authorization. Returns requested after 30 days of invoice date must have written authorization (MR #) and will be subject to a 15% handling charge. No returns will be accepted on electrical items such as Pollak switches, Unity lights, etc.
SPECIAL ORDERS All special orders cannot be returned or cancelled. Any freight or miscellaneous charges for these parts will be the responsibility of the customer.
